Quality Management System (QMS)

HEBIAS was established in 2018. Already in 2020, only two years after its inception, HEBIAS very proudly obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System.

HEBIAS was the first Belgian market access consultancy that is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Quality matters not only to us internally at HEBIAS, as the ISO 9001:2015 standard mirrors our continuous striving for improvement and our dedication to quality. Quality also matters to our clients, of course. Not only because they operate in one of the most highly regulated areas worldwide, but also because their output (both the physical products as well as their dossiers with many years of accumulated data and knowledge) is intensely scrutinised by many national and international stakeholders. Today, HEBIAS continues to run its business based on the learned processes and knowledges to guarantee that all processes are performed in the highest possible quality environment.

ISO stands for International Organisation for Standardisation. ISO 9001 is the international standard for expertise and know-how in quality management.

At HEBIAS, we strongly believe quality matters, and delivering up to recognized quality standards was a focal point in the development of HEBIAS right from the start.

We work according to the ISO 9001:2015 standards, which provide guidelines on quality management. This standard stands for transparency, reliability and quality within an organization.

In our strive for continuous improvement based on performance evaluation, continuous monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation, internal audits and a combination of various management processes, provide an optimal safeguard and guarantee of high quality deliverables.

As a result, every employee knows what his or her role is within the organisation in order to contribute to the success of the company, resulting in a strong quality culture among all HEBIAS co-workers.
